

Job Description
Coordinate daily vessel operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily vessel schedules and movements.
Liaise with clients, agents and port authorities.
Track fuel usage, voyage progress, and delays.
Arrange port clearance, permits and operational documentation.
Coordinate crew changes, logistics support and port documentation (if any).
Arrange vessel stores and food provisions.
Monitor crew working and rest hours reporting.
Ensure operations follow company safety procedures.
Monitor weather and sea conditions to support safe operations.
Handle incoming calls / emails for operational requests.
Coordinate vessel readiness before job mobilization.
Follow up on delays, breakdowns, or changes in schedule.
Support emergency response and incident reporting.
Assist in improving operational procedures and efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies / Logistics / Shipping / Business.
2–5 years' experience in marine operations, shipping agency, or offshore support (preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills (24/7 ops environment).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vessels/jobs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
Working location: Brunei Muara
